What's in Your Shampoo?

A vast majority of hair products contain waxes, silicones or petroleum based ingredients! These heavy, harmful substances physically coat hair strands, offering temporary illusions of shine or softness, but ultimately suffocate strands and inflame follicles.

Inflamed follicles start failing normal growth & shed cycles
Some start producing misshapen strands, causing changes in texture
Some fail to release stuck, dead strands, preventing new, healthy growth
Some go dormant and stop producing strands at all, causing changes in density

Remove the Bandaid

MONAT works by using naturally-based ingredients to gently but effectively remove the heavy, waxy, silicone, petroleum (etc) bandaids and put an end -- once and for all -- to the cycle of unhealthy, suffocating build-up.

Once the build-up is removed, nourishing, healing ingredients get to work returning the scalp to a healthy state, capable of producing new, healthy, fully-formed hair strands.

Trust the Process

Sometimes removing the bandaid(s) reveals cuticle damage that needs time to heal. Except for unfortunate instances of extreme chemical damage, our hair problems don't typically show up overnight. Similarly, they take time to heal.

MONAT will gradually improve the appearance of existing hair strands. But there's also change to come as strands drop out and new strands grow in.

It takes time for ALL of the individual hair follicles on our head to complete their individual growth cycle, including the final shed of an old, long hair.

Therefore:

It SHOULD inherently take a couple years for ALL our old, coarse, misshapen hairs to bid farewell.
It SHOULD inherently take a couple+ years for new, properly formed, rounder, thicker strands to mature to full-length from all our healthy follicles.
It SHOULD inherently take a couple+ years to see a wild and complete dramatic transformation of an entire head of hair.
